Total vertices: 43,568 ( the version that was seperated into many small parts)
Topology: Mostly quad, number of triangulates in acceptable rate
UV unwrap: Both manual and smart UV, no UV overlapping, stretch UV
Dimension: not close to real life
2K textures: Diffuse, Metalness, Roughness, Normal. Materials were baked in texture maps already.
Software to create textures: Blender, GIMP.
Rendering points of view: Good to render in close distance and all points of view.
Render engine: Eevee
Model building process: mostly by loop tool, not by modifying default object in Blender
