DESCRIPTION

Model is high poly and is available in 3ds max (2022) and vray 6 format. It also comes in an FBX format. Textures are in a separate folder. Materials (mainly the glass) are embedded in the 3ds max file. Model is in a layer and all meshes are named. Light beacons (vray lights) on side of building are also included in 3ds max file. Environment not inlcuded with model of tower.

One of the many high tech architectures, Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower is quite unique. It is an educational facility located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. The building has three educational institutions: Tokyo Mode Gakuen (fashion vocational school), HAL Tokyo (special technology and design college), and Shuto Ikō (medical college). The tower is the second-tallest educational building in the world and is the 17th-tallest building in Tokyo. It was awarded the 2008 Skyscraper of the Year by Emporis.I wanted to model and create a scene of a famous non historical building that people visit every day, something modern, a place of education.
