This project presents an architectural adaptive reuse proposal for the historic Pascual Mansion, located in the Historic Center of Lambayeque, Peru. The existing heritage building currently has one level and is in a deteriorated and abandoned condition.

The proposal introduces a second level and transforms the building into a restaurant while preserving and adapting the existing architectural character. The project was developed entirely in Archicad 29, including both the 2D architectural documentation and a fully modeled 3D environment.

The 3D model includes the exterior, interior spaces, architectural elements and furniture represented in the project.
