The project is envisioned as a landmark gateway and arrival plaza that creates a strong sense of identity and arrival. The main architectural element is a sweeping, sculptural white arch formed by a series of rhythmic ribs, creating a dynamic silhouette that can be recognized from a distance.

The arch frames a rearing horse sculpture, positioned as the focal point of the plaza and representing strength, freedom, elegance, and movement. The combination of the monumental arch and horse creates a distinctive architectural statement while establishing a memorable arrival experience.

The landscape is designed as an extension of the architecture, incorporating shallow turquoise reflecting pools, palm trees, tropical planting, landscaped berms, and generous pedestrian areas. Water elements soften the monumental structure while providing reflections and a sense of calm within the arrival zone.

A combination of natural stone paving and darker vehicular surfaces defines pedestrian and drop-off areas, while carefully positioned lighting emphasizes the arch ribs, horse sculpture, landscape, and water features at night.
