This sustainable tourist settlement model is developed for a 1250 m² site (32m x 40m), optimized for eco-friendly living and budget-conscious design. It features a thoughtful spatial organization with 7 to 10 accommodation units—including private villas, apartment buildings, and small cottages—arranged to maximize privacy and access via natural gravel and wooden pathways.

Central communal areas include a natural pool with an eco-filtration system, gardens with fruit orchards and vegetable greenhouses, and a central building combining reception, restaurant, and owner apartments. The design prioritizes renewable energy and sustainability through wood-based construction, green roofs, solar panels, rainwater harvesting, composting, and natural ventilation systems. The layout promotes a harmonious relationship with the natural environment while ensuring functionality and comfort.
