This is a model of city building, skyscraper. Model consist of: main building upper part and base, air-conditioning, antena tower, glass elements, doors (you can hide them). There is also interior, its optional - you can delete it or use it. Important note - interior have only walls, floors and ceiling, elevator shaft, there are simple textures for interior.In file is 10 variants of Skyscraper.

If you don't need interior you can combine variants together, change hight and use different combination of parts.

One object one material. Maps: normal map, roughness map, diffuse map, emission map, metallic map in 2k.In round variant of skyscraper (whitout airconditiong and other decorations) number of polygons 55,8 k and 62,2 k verts or without interior 37,5 k polygons and 43,8 k verts.Each building has ~ 12k verts, 10,4k polygons airconditiong and other decorations.

In blend file numbers of flor of each building can be change in simple way - in custom properties of main empty point - storey, changing this value automatically adjust all elements, after that this may be exported in proper format.

Pictures rendered in blender cycles, movie rendered in cycles, crosroads and streets on presented images are not included.
