The project was conceived as a peaceful retreat where contemporary architecture seamlessly blends with the natural landscape. The master plan features mid-rise apartment buildings and compact motel units thoughtfully positioned along the site’s natural contours, allowing existing vegetation to remain largely undisturbed. The design emphasizes a strong relationship between architecture and nature through open courtyards, green roofs, and shaded walkways that encourage a continuous connection with the surrounding forest.
