DESCRIPTION

It is 5:15 AM at Pelican Cove, and the harbor is already awake. The Wanderer rides her mooring lines with her brass cabin lamp still burning, the bait tank glows green-blue through the tackle shop window, and the seal is back on the south pontoon exactly where he is not supposed to be. Up on the point the Fresnel lens turns its gold sweep across the inlet fog while the pelican holds the head bollard against all challengers and the harbor cat sleeps curled inside the hawser coil. The chalkboard by the market canopy still reads HALIBUT $16.

This is a complete, plug-and-play working fishing harbor: one assembled dawn scene with a closed bait and tackle shop, a working timber pier with trawler berth, a fish-market yard with smokehouse, an east floating dock with lounging seal, a gravel boatyard with repair hull, a riprap breakwater walk, and a full lighthouse point with harbormaster interior. Moor boats, mend nets, ice the catch, smoke fillets, sell tackle, mind the light, and log the morning — the whole harbor gameplay loop in one pack.

DATUMS & ASSEMBLY CONTRACTOne level governs the whole working waterfront on the 4 m modular grid:

  • Water surface Z = 0.00; pontoon float deck Z = 0.35; tidal mudflat Z = 0.45.
  • Finished floor level Z = 0.90 across pier deck, boardwalk, gravel yard, seawall walkway, and building floors — one step-free working level.
  • Shop eaves Z = 4.10, gable ridge Z = 5.50; lighthouse gallery deck Z ~10.3, beacon center Z ~11.6, cupola finial Z ~13.2.
  • Full assembly bounds X -44…44, Y -44…26, Z -1.51…15.16 (water plane to lighthouse finial) — no staging offset in the ship file.
  • Every object base rests on its declared support (FFL, mudflat, pontoon, water-mounted pilings, on-asset, wall-mounted, or single flight asset) per the scripted placement audit.

STREAMLINED SIX-MATERIAL SYSTEMDesigned for lightweight rendering and draw-call efficiency:

No unsupported objects
Unsupported objects:
- Lights
- Cameras
Learn more
Geometry
No N-gons
N-gons are polygons with five or more sides which might cause issues in certain processes like rendering or animation. Learn more
No faceted geometry
Faceted geometry uses flat surfaces without smoothing, which can look unrealistic on curves.
Learn more
Manifold geometry
Manifold geometry ensures all surfaces are properly connected, avoiding issues like edges shared by more than two faces.

Textures & material
PBR textures
PBR textures simulate how light interacts with materials, making the model look realistic under different lighting.
Required PBR textures:
- Base Color
- Roughness
- Metalness
- Normal
Learn more
No embed textures
Embedded textures are stored inside the model file, increasing its size and sometimes causing compatibility issues.
Learn more
Square textures
Texture aspect ratio is the width-to-height ratio of a texture. Expected texture aspect ratio: 1:1
Learn more
Power of 2 texture sizes
Textures with dimensions in power of two (e.g. 512x512px, 1024x1024px) are used to optimize performance and memory usage.
Learn more
Assigned materials
Materials are applied to the 3D model to allow visualize a model's surface properties and appearance.
Learn more
UVs & naming
No UV overlaps
UVs overlap when multiple points on the 3D model's surface are mapped to the same point on the UV island causing texture stretching.
Learn more
UV unwrapped model
A UV unwrapped model means its 3D surface is flattened into 2D space, allowing textures to be applied accurately.
