The mule, a hybrid of a male donkey and a female horse, is valued for its resilience and strength. It inherits the donkey's endurance and the horse's agility, making it ideal for heavy labor and travel in challenging conditions. Mules are intelligent and sure-footed, but like most hybrids, they are usually sterile. Their versatility and hardiness have made them indispensable in many rural communities.
