Distended Tick Rigged is a three-dimensional model of fully engorged tick, a parasitic arachnid that feeds on the blood of its host and expands significantly in size during the feeding process.
A swollen tick is a parasite that has fed on its host's blood, causing its body to enlarge and darken. Found on humans and animals, these ticks can transmit illnesses like Lyme disease. Engorged ticks can appear balloon-like and should be removed carefully to avoid breaking the embedded mouthparts, which could lead to infections or further complications.
