Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This brings a whole new meaning to air delivery. We took a heavy fighter-bomber and wrapped it from nose to tail like a giant Christmas present. It is a hilarious, lighthearted asset for holiday events where players drop gifts from the sky.
Metallic Paper Skin The aircraft isn't painted; it is covered in a texture that mimics shiny, metallic green wrapping paper. It features a repeating white snowflake pattern that sparkles under the light, replacing the usual dull grey military camouflage.
Matching Payload The attention to detail extends to the wings. The drop tanks (or bombs) mounted underneath are also meticulously wrapped in the same green snowflake paper. This implies that whatever this jet drops is going to be a pleasant surprise rather than an explosion.
Crinkled Texture Detail To sell the effect, the surface isn't perfectly smooth. We added subtle creases and folds to the texture, making it look like actual paper that has been stretched over the airframe, rather than just a flat pattern applied to metal.
Sharp Contrast Points To keep the jet recognizable, we left the nose cone and the cockpit canopy in their standard black and dark glass materials. This dark contrast anchors the design and prevents the green pattern from becoming overwhelming.
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: The wrapping paper effect relies on the Normal Map. Increase the normal strength to make the paper wrinkles and folds pop, distinguishing the material from standard car paint.
