Description

This medium poly model is built near to scale and is fully textured. Flaps, ailerons, elevators, rudder, landing gear, landing gear doors and turbines can be easily animated. This model is provided in 11 different formats.

The Boeing 747-400 is a larger 747 than the 100, 200 or 300. It has a larger upper deck, fully glass cockpit and spacious and luxurious interior. Seating for 379 is standard. It has winglets on winglet extensions. It can fly 7670 nautical miles non-stop. These aircraft have several sub-variants including the -400,-400D-400C,-400 F,-400ER,-400ERF. The -400 is the best selling 747 currently in production since 1989. The largest operator of 747-400 is British Airways.

These models are based on 3d drawings of the 747-400 and pictures of that cargo aircraft. We have sold quite a few 747-400 models and have not had such comments from the buyers.

2001 Kraft, the purpose of this model is not really for close up use. It is more for animated flight, video and distant use. It is accurate to a level for that use. It is built to scale as far as general dimensions and general arrangement. We did not build it for close up use. Additionally, we have built more accurate and detailed models of other aircraft for close up use. They are not posted here at this time. New models are being posted all the time. The 747 models are scheduled for replacement next year. Thanks for your comments.
