it's made using real world scale for main shapes and details.

All models can be resized in a matter of minutes.

models have clean and fairly low topology, only floor object is textured.

You'll get everything that can be seen in previews.

The package does not include camera and lighting setup and is not render-ready by default.

The product comes in 5 formats:

3ds, obj, fbx, dae

along with original 3dsmax 2014& 2017 file.
