A galaxy is a massive collection of stars, gas, dust, and other celestial bodies that are held together by gravity. There are billions of galaxies in the observable universe, ranging in size from small dwarf galaxies to massive elliptical galaxies that contain trillions of stars. Within these galaxies, animated space particles can be modeled in 3D to create stunning visualizations of cosmic phenomena. These particles can represent everything from stars being born and dying to the movement of gas and dust through the interstellar medium. 3D modeling allows us to explore and understand these processes in ways that were previously impossible, and to appreciate the beauty and complexity of the cosmos in all its glory.
