I wish to rescind my negative rating. I did not give the vendor an opportunity to respond to my issues before I posted it. After some research I determined what was going wrong, namely the model loads with the surface opacity zeroed. With the opacity is reset, the model does work as advertised. One caveat: the model is not rigged, as stated in the details list, so I'll need to find a tutorial to learn how to get the lid to open and shut.
