The *official* sales or the cut pricing shown on models marked with *$* icon let's customers know on which assets they can spend their credits, and on which of them they can't.
Designers choose to participate in CLD program or off sales freely themselves. They can also choose whenever they want to participate in a sale or if they don't.
Now, having everyone suggest, add, remove or change their discounts whenever they want to could be tricky from the customer's side - if you take yourself through ecommerce websites, would you prefer clear discounts with defined rules and advantages that you get, or would you rather go through a number of randomized discounts trying to figure out which one is which - and why some of them work, and others don't work.
I'm sorry you feel like this is an inconvenient way for you to strategize your own campaigns - although you could try opting-in the sales program and possibly make a custom request to our support team - they would probably be able to adjust the discounts to your needs, but I still have to say they would still have to comply - and end - when our off sale ends.
