E-mail notifications from workplace

CGT team please make your top priority fixing broken e-mail notifications from workplace. It's virtually impossible to have responsive communication without e-mails informing about activity in the workplace. Customers don't have time to sit in front of their computers constantly clicking F5, neither do i. Please fix it. It shouldn't be that hard, isn't?

you should start receiving the emails now. Let me know if you still don't receive something.

I'm receiving e-mails only about my own activity, but not about activity from client side, which is pretty much useless. Not fixed.
