I am new for this web. I hire freelancer to build my project. i confuse to payment system of this web. I pre-paymented thought "Pay & Accept" button and used "Paypal" to pay this yesterday. Today, it will pay again with 5% of pre-payment price before. i think because "Exchange Rate" of my country is change but i don't know it is main reason to paid twice. i would like to know what is reason.
