If you link a paypal account then there is no problem to transfer such low amounts.
To transfer this low amounts via bank transfers or a paycheck would be a too expensive endeavor (hens the minimal of 200$ for non Paypalers).

That's right, last month's earning will be credited on the 20th of this month, unless, like me, you got all your earnings refunded at the very last minute before 20th due to fraudulent purchases. You have to check your sales page to know.

Once your model is sold, you get your money directly to your PayPal or Skrill account. You don't need to pay additional cash to get your earned money.
