You have to have very, very good skills, otherwise I see little chance of one working there.

Even for an intern https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/company/careers/search/743999946300017-technical-artist-intern requirements are quite high.
But at least you will know the conditions. Nothing is impossible.

jaguarbeastproduction. Yes, I would have liked to use the Zbrush process, retopo etc... but I can assure you that the vast majority of those who work as 3D modelers in this industry do not use this process, I know this because I have worked in it. And it is not a requirement to know programming to model or create models, in these companies it is appreciated but as I said they look at your portfolio, whether you know programming or not...
