Turbosquid is dead for me (too low royalty rate, price dictating from administration, no needed categories, totally outdated and retarded upload system etc). 3dExport looks to weak and I decided to go away from them last year... CGTrader uses a fraud prevention system already, however, to eliminate 100% of chargebacks is impossible especially when dealing with virtual goods.
So the problem is bigger than the 3D market - stolen credit cards can be used instantaneously after the theft and sometimes the security system is having a hard time identifying such transactions.
Most of them are being successfully avoided, however, we cannot stop people from being thieves.
