On other hand, there is allot of work done here and indeed still allot of work to make it a game ready model, but the concept is there and everything is in place, that has value as it can save allot of time when this concept would be exactly the thing one is looking for.

There are indeed insane and complete works for below 50 dollar range which is if you ask me totally unrealistic for professional licenses.

The price for a commercial license for this kind of work here is not that unrealistic, however the presentation could benefit from more information, file types and maybe different renders.

Anyways, those other 50 dollar killer modelers are basically selling work to consumers/hobbyists and in the process professionals that do make good money with that work almost get it for free as most of those creators do not set a custom non commercial license.

Sorry BUT seriously? $350 for that? There are modular sci-fi base kits in the $50 range sold by other sellers just to point it out that are very useful to game developers.
Your models data shows no modularity, no interiors, really no textures.. I don't see any proper rendering with textures, even your video is not a proper rendering and I don't see PBR texturing either.
I don't see any support for Unity or Unreal Engine 4 game engines with material effects and animations either.
Sorry but for $350 you should offer a lot more than what you are selling. An indie game developer wouldn't buy that for such an high price without the most needed features I listed above.

Checking your other models you do have some good ones both cheap and expensive so I don't get why you released at $350 what it seems a missed opportunity.
You barrier-city model at $400 is still very expensive but it is a well polished model with interiors.
Your station 29 and complex 38 models seem to be exterior only but are well polished models too (still for the not so cheap price adding full interiors would be a lot better).
Too bad your complex 39 and complex 45 don't have full interiors otherwise I might have ended up buying those soon.
Make you sci-fi models modular. Add full interiors. Make Unity and Unreal Engine 4 versions. Then many indie developers could buy your products.
But station 202 it is just too expensive and far from polished for the price you are asking. Modularity with full interiors is the key if you want many indie games developers buying your models. Making animations and material effects with Unity and Unreal Engine 4 projects ready to be downloaded would be a huge selling point.
