Just a few weeks ago, CGTrader hit another milestone in 3D content. The 800,000 th 3D model was uploaded to the CGTrader Marketplace. It was uploaded by Luis Lahuerta from 3D Everything, Spain.
Luis’ landmark 3D model is a baby’s room which he created over the course of 10 days, including all the models in the scene. The models were created in 3D Studio Max and exported to FBX, enabling use in all other 3D applications.

German Online Retailer Creating Immersive AR Experiences that Enable Shoppers to Visualize Furniture in Their Homes
Another visionary retailer is arming its e-Commerce site with CGTrader ARsenal. Coinciding with Israel’s 71 st Independence Day and the 2019 EuroVision Song Contest, (which was hosted in Israel) is a phenomenally-composed, 3D SodaStream TV commercial, reflecting the home beverage carbonation company’s global reach and local pride.
Behind the commercial’s awesome animation is the talented, boutique BlackBoard Studios, which expertly integrated Sodastream’s product with global landmarks. The use of 3D adds a new dimension to the viewing experience, while reinforcing the SodaStream message that carbonating your own beverages is more than just a great idea, it is monumental!
