Create custom structures with this tube building system. Designed entirely from 3D printed parts, the system features a range of tubes, T bolts, brackets, and pins that connect to form strong and versatile frameworks. The tubes are secured by screwing T bolts into two adjacent tubes and locking them in place with pins that pass through aligned holes in the tubes and bolts. This system is perfect for a wide range of applications from play to practical constructions.
Usage
Connect two tubes by inserting a T bolt into the ends, screwing it securely, and then inserting a pin through the aligned holes to lock them in place. Experiment with different tube lengths and bracket types to create unique structures.
Uses
- Build practical frameworks
- Create imaginative play structures

Print Instructions
- Material: PLA or PETG for durability
- Supports: Not required
- Orientation:
- Print tubes, pins, and bolts horizontally on the build surface
- Print joint flat on their largest face for stability
- Brims: Recommended for longer bolts and pins to ensure adhesion
Problems
- Although the tubes connect well to each other, the joints do not always connect weld to tubes or other joints. At times the bolt system will not allow you to attach joints in the way that you want without trying multiple different orientations of the tube and or the joint.
