This is a 3d sculpted vader helmet and to get that authentic look, it's fitted with an original 3D scanned Mark Hamil life cast from ESB.

Both FDM and high res SLA (SLA is uncut) versions included (feel free to scale the SLA version up full size, it will just take longer to slice) the FDM cut version has much less supports however.
