I don't want to leave a negative comment. I'd rather leave a neutral one, but there is no option for that. Sadly, using this in Blender by importing the FBX results in a model which is appears to be good but has no materials/textures. That is, there ARE materials, but they are essentially simple white shaders. I have downloaded all the JPGs but since none of the meshes are appropriately named, I don't know which JPGs apply to which objects. The bushes are called "Bush01", "Bush02" and the JPGs are Dypsis Lutesens and Nerium. All the (blank) materials present are named "Material01", "Material02" etc. So I have a bunch of work to do to figure out how to fit it all together. Importing the OBJ instead of the FBX results in all the objects being combined as a a single mesh (and still no textures). I'm sure it will look great when done but the whole point of buying models is to save time not add to it. Sorry for the neg review, it is intended to help you improve rather than be malicious.
