EVERYPlant Woodland Germander 1 -- 14 Models-- 3D model

Description

Name: Woodland Germander

Scientific: Teucrium scorodonia

This Variation: 1 of 4. This is a High Poly model. A Low Poly version is also available.

Notes: Woodland Germander (called Wood Sage in some locations) is a species of annual flowering herb common in woodlands of Western Europe. The plants have a self-supporting growth form and have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by large garden bumblebee, Brown-banded carder bee, Shrill carder bee, and many other insects. These plants prefer sandy soils in woodland and acid heaths, at an altitude up to 1,500 metres. They are native to Western Europe and Tunisia, but cultivated in many places as an ornamental plant in gardens, and naturalized in several regions (including Ausytralia, New Zealand and North America).

Included in this Package: 14 models in total

  1. Standard -- 53,135 polygons, 58,044 vertices -- 41.48cm tall. A flowering plant that is fully mature and in relative health. Useable in most scenes and applications.
  2. Thriving -- 53,117 polygons, 58,020 vertices -- 41.48cm tall. Peak health.
  3. Unhealthy -- 42,059 polygons, 46,247 vertices -- 41.03cm tall. Relatively poor state with much of its foliage missing or diseased.
  4. Dying -- 6,524 polygons, 7,603 vertices -- 39.62cm tall. Just hanging onto life and showing only unhealthy and diseased foliage.
  5. Dead -- 1,513 polygons, 1,846 vertices -- 24.34cm tall. Showing only dead foliage.
  6. Seeding -- 11,152 polygons, 11,765 vertices -- 41.48cm tall. Plant is past its flowering stage and has lost its petals. The flowerheads have become capsules containing seeds.
  7. Budding -- 5,539 polygons, 5,973 vertices -- 37.24cm tall. Plant is in the pre-flowering stage.
  8. Vegetative -- 1,489 polygons, 1,951 vertices -- 26.72cm tall. Young plant still growing. It hasn't developed flower buds yet.
  9. Seedling -- 412 polygons, 579 vertices -- 12.85cm tall. Very young plant just forming its first true leaves.
  10. Small Patch -- 185,171 polygons, 202,672 vertices -- 45.63cm tall. A small patch containg a few plants.
  11. Medium Patch -- 334,379 polygons, 365,726 vertices -- 49.42cm tall. A medium patch with several plants
  12. Large Patch -- 712,891 polygons, 779,916 vertices -- 49.99cm tall. A large patch with many plants.
  13. Lower Poly -- 16,104 polygons, 17,890 vertices -- 41.48cm tall. Standard model with fewer polys to save system resources. Intended for mid or distant renders.
  14. Higher Poly -- 163,492 polygons, 171,394 vertices -- 41.48cm tall. Standard model with more polys for greater detail. Intended for close-up renders.

Re-meshing and any reasonable modification available upon request. No charge to existing customers of the product.

The textures included are mainly 4k (4096x4096); additional texture sizes of medium 2k, small 1k, and tiny <1k textures can also be downloaded. Separated alpha maps can be download as well.

EVERYPlant has a mission ... which is to model every plant species in the world (plus some extinct, fantasy and sci-fi variations as well)! Okay, maybe not every plant, perhaps just the identifiably different species which have at least a common name!
