I've opened the c4d Vray version and tried to render a camera scene using the premade settings for Vray. the rendered image doesn't look though like your previews at all...

If you look at all the previews, you can see that there are different images for different engines. With simple lut or color adjustments, you can capture the same results you like. There can be a difference between creators. And this is a very normal situation.

I understand that and thank you for the fast reply. I don't mean the colorshift though. the c4d Vray scene renders completely flat. there is no reflection on the floor at all. All the lights are kind of gone, even if you've used lights in the scene. According to the fact that we are not very vray experienced, I hoped the scene would be ready to render in the shown quality.
