  1. Feeding Section

• The machine is equipped with an automatic sorting and feeding unit at the front end, which can automatically arrange messy workpieces in order.

• After orderly sorting, pistons are automatically and smoothly transferred to the conveyor line without manual placement.

• The feeding mechanism is adjustable to accommodate various types and specifications of pistons.

  1. Conveyor System

• The machine adopts two independent conveyor lines (front and rear), ensuring stable feeding and accurate positioning.

• The width, height and distance of the conveyor lines are fully adjustable, making it compatible with pistons of different lengths, diameters and heights.

• Conveyor speed can be flexibly adjusted according to process requirements to match the polishing rhythm.

  1. Polishing Section

• Two sets of multi-station sanding and polishing units are installed in the middle of the machine for surface sanding and fine polishing of pistons.

• The position, height, spacing and pressure of the polishing units are all adjustable, enabling quick changeover to process various piston specifications.

• It ensures high processing consistency and stable surface finish to meet precision finishing requirements.

  1. Discharging Section

• After sanding and polishing, finished pistons are automatically transferred to the discharge end via the conveyor line.

• Automatic discharging is realized, which can be directly connected with material boxes or the next processing procedure.

• The whole process from feeding, conveying, polishing to discharging is fully automated with minimal manual intervention.
