Here provided an idea of a model which is flexible to use: model is made from different blocks,each block textured by the same texture using different scale and rotation which gives effect of not repeated and realistic elements which look harmoniously all together. Just one texture used. Such approach gives you an opportunity:

• to change the color of that only texture and get quick final result (light wood/dark wood or etc)
• to remove or rotate elements to make an effect of damaged and crushed old furniture!
