Pack contains Unreal Engine 4 project with two master materials and 17 ready to use instances with ability to use opacity masks, add dirt, moisture and water puddles based on mask and height map distance. First material support single type of road surface and opacity mask. Second material support two road surfaces, that are blended by mask, and additional road markings Every material use Color, Normal and Height textures, additional mask for blending main road surface with road sides, mask for road markings. In Dirt settings you can customize dirt normal intensity, scale, dirt opacity, size, color, roughness, metalness. In Moisture settings you can add overall wetness on material, add water puddles, edit roughness influence, Fresnel effect, surface darkening, water color, etc.
Pack provided with 2 base meshes for road building – flat and raised up (60 and 80 triangles, size - 9x9 meters) and derived meshes with preapplied materials – 10 meshes of each type. Pack contains all textures as separated .png files and additional .psd file with all provided masks.
