This isn’t a light scene with all levels turned on. Depending on your system, opening/importing the project for the first time might take some minutes (mostly the .obj), please be patient.

With all levels turned on you would need the following system specs :

Minimum Requirement :

• Nvidia 7 series (ie.GTX 750) or equivalent graphic card with at least 2 GB RAM • 12 GB System RAM • 6 core CPU

Recommended system :

• Nvidia 9 series (ie.GTX 980) or equivalent graphic card with at least 2 GB RAM • 16 GB System RAM • 12 core CPU

If you use the Sci-Fi Manhattan Buildings and Sci-Fi Manhattan Roads scenes together the recommend specs is the same as for the Buildings 3d model :

• Nvidia 1070 or equivalent graphic card • 32 GB System RAM • 12 core CPU

Of course, the scene can be strongly lightened on all systems for the viewport if you turn higher details ON, only for rendering and keep them turned OFF for viewport real-time rendering.
