PBR Old Concrete Stairs - Scanned Low-poly 3D model

PBR Old Concrete Stairs - it's an optimized lowpoly 3d-scanned model of an old semi-destructed concrete stairs with the unwrapped UVs, PBR (Physically Based Rendering) textures set, ready to use in any rendering software, or realtime game engine such as Unity, Unreal Engine etc.

This pack includes source files in FBX + textures set in PNG format, and a .unitypackage file with setup gameready model for the Unity game engine. You can simply open the pack, drag and drop a gameready prefab file into your scene and you are ready to go. The Unity package also incudes a cutom made Tesselation shader which allows you to get the maximum realism of the model. Or you can use this model with the any other game engine or rendering software using included FBX source files.

The textures set made in metallic workflow and includes: Base Color, Normal, Metallic, Roughness, Ambient Occlusion. Textures resolution: 4096 * 4096 px; Textures format: PNG sources + packed TGAs inside the Unity package file; Triangles count: 1052.
