Model without subdivision has 484 vertices and 494 polygons.
Model with subdivision applied has 7698 vertices and 7680 polygons.
Both models are textured, textures are attached in zip file. Size of texture files 3840x3840.
BONUS: Additional penguin-procedural.blend file contains penguin with procedural materials, so you can export texture with any desired resolution.
