Build your own very detailed low poly houses/villas/mansions with a modern or spanish interior and exterior featuring matching furniture and foliage quick and easy with this ''SHC double Mansion Kit'' The mansions in the images demonstrates what is possible with these assets and is added to this kit for free! The main purpose of the mansion is to be used as a tutorial house to see how the constructive parts are fit together. You are also free to use and modify the featured house however you want!

Technical details: (some technical details are shown in the images too)

• there are 225 assets in this pack
• The constructive parts are designed to fit perfectly on a 2x2m grid. (both mansion styles fit together)
• The wall parts are only 1 meter tall, this makes comples split level designs possible.
• Every single asset (exept for the example mansions) has 2 UVmaps: one for materials, and one for lightmaps/custom texturework.
• Every asset is it's own object in the files, so it's easy to copy and paste the assets, while keeping the time to import low.
• The example mansions are grouped per material for performance reasons (so all chairs are linked but easy to unlink)
• Example Mansions polycount: 3.760.500
• the car in the images is just to decorate the driveway and isn't part of the asset pack (it's added for free in the example mansion file)
• The renders are made in blender cycles
• File extensions for all assets: .3ds .abc .blend .dae .fbx .obj .ply .skp .stl .x3d
• All files (exept for .skp) are exported from blender with default settings. ______ This asset pack is made out of building components and furniture that fits perfectly together with their textures/materials, sizes, and level of detailing. All parts are low-poly so it can be used in high amounts in big models for (mobile) game development or other purposes.
