Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 7 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a hybrid design merge of modern and traditional elements. The whole lot has been included (real lot- not real house). The lot slopes downward into an arroyo (water-carved ditch). The main house includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (not including water closet in the laundry room). The guest casita (apartment) is around back and accessed from the awesome covered patio. The apartment features a bedroom, a fire place, big bathroom, colset, and wonderful views! The eqipment and control shed for the pool is under the stairs. There is a rooftop patio and skylights. You will want to look up at the ceilings with their fanciful beams. There's a lot to like about it. The pool and jucuzzi pool offer a heavenly of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Look inside with layers (toolbar). The walls are thick because it is adobe. Please rate.

NOTE: This is a Paulwall design BUT it is not located anywhere within Paulwall city limits nor even in Paulwall County.
