Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This Model is better than the 1 I did before it which is not worth showing or sharing. The pond, the swimming pool diving boards and ladders, are models frome Google SketchUp's warehouse, everything else I did my self.

The band stand to the left was completely experimental, so was the underwater effect of the swimming pools. Yes, it is actually possible to go into the actual swimming pool, the top surfce is a thin rectangle painted with translusant water, from the paintbuket meanue of textures, use orbit and scroll your mouse towards the centre of the sweimming pool, you wil pass through the top lair and into the pool. Giving the illusion of being underwater, this trick I discovered on my own.
