Here, the house is constructed for soft sandy soil for most of it is built upon pilings that are stuck several feet into cylindrical reinforced concrete pilars extending all the way down to bed rock. Not shown are the underground links between the poles. The home has 4 designated bedrooms. However, the upper loft could be the 5th bedroom fro it has a 3/4 bath and a WIC. The 3rd level boasts the master suite as well as an open kitchen, living, and dining. The kitchen has a small bar to park 2 barstools. There are vaulted ceilings, especially the bonus room loft (or br 5). The bedrooms on the 2nd level have a small living area as well as a screen porch. There is a lookout post and are 7 staircases! There are 2 carports under the house as well as storage lockers. The small part under the house (hidden cinder blocks) is access and has a hot water heater. Enjoy and please rate :)
