Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a small house for a small, narrow city lot. This little craftsman house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and many other features. You have your formal dining room right in front featuring a wet bar. Water heater access is also available in the dining room. The kitchen is of good size with stainless steel appiances. The empty space in the kitchen is suitable for your kitchen table. The living room has a good space where your entertainment suite can be up against the wall where the stairs are. I did my best in this little house to make good use of small square footage space by including sliders for some closets. The basement door is behind the stairs but that door is locked so no basement access is permited in this house. The bedrooms are all upstairs. Again, small spaces. Dual closets in the master bedroom with sliders. The front bedroom features a small walk-in closet. Though you can find all this and more inside this house, you don't have to go inside to enjoy it for there are a lot of unique characteristics that make up the outside. The porch is my personally favorite feature. I also like how the front looks nothing like the back... really. Well, I hope you find this little house to be interesting.
