The castle plant draws a very symmetrical rectangular shape with a courtyard in the center. Within this there was a second walled enclosure stronger, which was lined with buckets and round turrets on canvas and corners, as can still be seen on the side of the back and, above all, in what must have been the main door this barrier, also preserves open between two flanking cylindrical cubes that still have significant defensive resources such as loopholes, battlements and ramparts that run along the top and, above all, the remains of a moat suggests that originally had a drawbridge, there now other fixed construction. It is now a National Parador.
