Shuttle Valves

Shuttle Valves Free 3D model

Description

Installing a Shuttle Valve quickly and easily enables a cylinder or control valve to be actuated from a remote location. Also known as OR valves, shuttle valves automatically select the higher of two pressures allowing flow from one input to the output port. Simply connect your control valves to the shuttle's input ports and actuate either valve to shift the metal core and block the other input port. Media will then flow through the output port to the cylinder or valve at the end of the circuit. For plumbing convenience, Pneumadyne manufactures a wide variety of shuttle valves with threaded, barbed and push-to-connect ports. These durable valves also featue a low cracking pressure to quickly allow flow to the output port. The Pneumadyne Advantage • Flow rates of 11.4 and 33 scfm at 125 psi • Operating pressure is 0 to 125 psi • Anodized and electroless nickel plated for corrosion resistance • Low cracking pressure, less than 1 psi • Miniature size is ideal for limited space applications • Multiple porting options for plumbing convenience Contact Pneumadyne to design and manufacture custom products that will fit your specific application requirements.
