Hello,
My 3D models now have a verification score of 92%; previously it was 100%.
Earlier, the FBX files were exported from 3ds Max. Recently, they have been exported from Blender, and the Blender exports seem to have an issue with the “Allowed characters” check. I believe this may be the cause of the score change.
CGTrader support responded with the following explanation:
The allowed characters check fails because it appears that some files contained a “\” character before they were packed.
For example, some textures inside loafartbread_FBX.zip.
The problem may not be visible on Windows, as it treats this symbol as a path separator and uses the first part of the name as a folder, so the extraction output looks correct.
However, on Linux it appears differently.
Unfortunately, I still do not fully understand what is wrong, and in the end the support team did not resolve the situation.
Perhaps someone here knows where the issue might be?
Thank you in advance.
