Most likely never. There are dozens of dead or hopelessly broken features on cgtrader that worked perfectly in the past and was quite useful.

There is no way to control the position of the models in the main profile. It would be very convenient if new models were displayed on the main profile page.

I reported two bugs (May 2023 and August 2023). None of the problems have been solved. So never is the right answer.

I and many of my colleagues are very concerned about what is happening with this site. cgtrader is one of the best platforms for selling 3D models for 3D artists, and I would like this site to work well, or as it worked before. Rating problems, problems of new models, almost no one sees new models, views on them are collected extremely slowly and they are very rarely bought, or not bought at all. The search also works poorly; I no longer receive email notifications about sales, but I do receive notifications about new comments. Everything is fine in the account settings. Some of my colleagues have completely lost hope and believe that the site is dying. I still have hope and I hope it’s not in vain.

People buy old models from me just as actively as before. They don’t buy new models, not because they don’t want to, but because no one sees them, they have few views, it wasn’t like that before. All new models go to the end of the rating on the last pages. Recently, my TV model was stolen, I complained, the model was deleted from the thief, but the thief’s account still exists. I agree with @SIUP and @Bystro 100%. Absolutely new models are not getting any views at all because they are at the bottom of all relevant searches. I have been following the CGT form for a long time and I knew that this problem started before I shared my first (and for now last) model, but I shared one of my models to try it out anyway and yes, it ranked last in every search. My other models are still waiting to be shared because I believe that sharing those models while the system is working like this (the searches are not working correctly) will result in them being wasted.
I trust CGT and believe that they will fix this problem sooner or later, but with each passing week and month I lose hope. I also believe that there is no real alternative to CGT at the moment.
Another thing I wonder is if the developers, the CGT Team, are aware of this problem? Or is it getting lost among many reported problems?
It is true that sales are down globally, I have read this in many different places, but the problem here is that new models are not sold "at all" because customers do not see them in any way. Maybe this is not such an urgent problem for the CGT? Because for every search, a list of models somehow appears and the customer buys one of those models and continues his/her work. Therefore, could it be that not showing new models to customers has no effect on CGT's revenues? I think so. When I shared my first model, I had 3-4 more models ready at the back and although months have passed since then, I was only able to add 2 models in addition to these. The display performance of the first model almost destroyed my hopes and my motivation to create my other plans disappeared. I'm completely doing nothing now, but I'm still trying to follow it.
