Fusion 360 OBJ files, renders, stl etc

Hello

I am trying to find out if it is possible to sell items created via Fusion 360, I am currently learning blender but I have been using fusion 360 for some time and have a lot of models created using this software for 3D printing.

selling digital items is something new I want to get into.
