The BellTel Lofts is a 348ft (106m) tall skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn, New York. Originally, it was named the New York Telephone Company Building after the company whose offices were housed here. The building was designed by renowned architect Ralph Thomas Walker, one of the most influential and celebrated architects of his era. In the years since its completion in 1931, it has been converted to residential use. The BellTel Lofts is classic example of art deco architecture and is one of the most overlooked, yet finest pieces of architecture in Brooklyn.
