~BUILDING NOTES~

The naginata can be printed at a 20% infill to keep it rather light, and space for support rods is built in. The blade is split into 4 parts, along with the Crest, Bottom Pole, and Spike.

Included in your download is a zip file containing the Blade(1-4), Crest, Bottom Spike, and Bottom Pole. The parts print on most printers without needing to be cut, the spear is assembled using a 1.25-inch dowel, and the blade is supported using 1/4-inch dowels. To keep the spear lightweight and easy to walk around within a con space it is recommended to print the blade parts at an infill between 10% and 25%. When printing the Bottom parts of the spear I recommend a higher infill to make them stronger and better able to handle repetitive use.
