I can't tell from the pics and renderings. Is there a core shaft to run a rod through the length of the handle? Is there one across the core of the head to help add strength and tie all the parts together?

The rod holes are perfect and exactly what is needed for stability. Here are the specs of what I was able to find to fit well. The larger holes in the head are ~11.5mm and the smaller holes down the length of the handle are ~7.5mm. I couldn't find rods around here matching that but did find that 7/16" threaded rod works for the larger holes and 1/4" threaded rod works well for the handle. They fit in cleanly with room for epoxy plus the threads add extra grip. I also will be roughing up the inside of the holes in each piece for added grip on the printed part side. Printing the file as is, with no scale modifications, the rod lengths are as follow: (in case you want to add to the description :) ) Head: 2 @ 7/16" x 8" Handle (upper): 2 @ 1/4" x 26" Handle (lower): 1 @ 1/4" x 3" (though I may drill this one out a bit more since the base is rather large) I enjoyed printing this beast of a project and am looking forward to assembling and finishing it.
