Replacement Part Ashford Standard Flyer with Bobbin 3d printed 3D print model

I baugt a Ashford machine with no Flyer or Bobbin. So i design this from pictures available on net to replace this part. Shaft is 220mm long, Thin side is 6mm and thick side 12mm . Drive pully is 90mm.

The shaft is available for prining but only for template to make a shaft as i think shaft wont be strong if 3d printed.
