Sasumata was introduced to Japan from China during the Muromachi period. Later, during the Edo period, it became established as a weapon for subduing opponents, such as for guarding or capturing. The spearhead had a 'U' shaped metal attached to it, and it was used to subdue opponents by squeezing their arms, necks, or legs. It was also used to collapse houses to prevent fires from spreading.

We plan to create a variety of world weapons, so please look forward to it!
