Files included:
-.blend file contains the bruce anchor. Subdivision modifier is turned off. The blend file only contains the anchor in a blank scene with a base material.
-obj file (base mesh without subdivision applied)
-Textures folder (4k, 8 bit pngs): Base Color, Metalness, Roughness, Normal
Notes:
Previews are rendered with subdivision applied and PBR textures.
Anchor pivot is at its base.
